Summary:
Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in multiple states. As a member of our retail team, you will support the day-to-day retail operations in our recreational dispensaries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class service to our valued guests
- Be resilient, courageous, and optimistic
- Find solutions, follow through and look for success
- In addition to duties as a Cannabis Consultant, work in all other areas of the dispensary including Reception, Inventory, Packaging, etc.
- Support all accurate inventory processing and sales execution in our POS system
- Handle all tasks related to selling, customer service and other consumer facing tasks
- Help support all facets of accurate scanning, and product movement
- Follow procedures and standards for all Theory systems and processes
- Drive Key Performance Indicator adherence around sales and service
- Ensure compliance with the Office of Cannabis Policy for Maine
- Drive exemplary peer support and relationships within Theory to support company initiatives
- Execute side duties and tasks including cleaning, sanitation, organization and cash handling
- Support other Theory dispensary locations on an as needed basis
- Other duties assigned

Requirements:
- You have a passion for cannabis
- At least six months experience on a POS system with cash handling experience
- Must be available for variable evening hours, including weekends and holidays
- You are optimistic and have a can-do approach
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- You work best in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
- Strong systems, software and computer skills
- High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
