Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Assist guests in finding a suitable table and seating them
- Provide menus to guests and explain daily specials
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next guests
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent guest relations
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Good understanding of food service procedures and etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries
