Order Fulfilment Associate in the Art Printing Industry

About us
Theprintspace (www.theprintspace.com) is the world’s only truly fine art drop-shipper. We print and frame art, with automated integrations into all the major e-commerce platforms. This means artists can plug our fulfilment directly into their online stores.
Our profitable global business is growing fast. We recently opened fine art production in the United States, and we have been exceptionally busy ever since, so we are looking to increase the size of the team. We currently also have production branches in the UK in London and in the EU in Dusseldorf.
We are based in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
The role
We are looking for someone to work in our order fulfilment department with experience in e-commerce or the art industry.
Our print fulfilment service uses large format Epson Inkjet printers, Digital C-Type printers and we also offer pre-made frames plus bespoke framing and mounting options.
We package these products securely and dispatch them according to the orders we receive into our backend order management system. We use both USPS and DHL or Fedex for deliveries across the United States
The applicant
We are looking for the following skills/ qualities:
- An ambitious person who is looking to further a career with a fast growing company within a growth industry
- Someone knowledgeable about art or photography, possibly an arts graduate or someone with experience in the commercial art or photographic or printing industries.
- Experience of handling fine art prints and frames is useful
- Someone with great communication skills
- Someone hardworking who gets the job done, and who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great customer experience
The ability to learn fast, and the right attitude is more valuable to us than experience. Full training will be given.
