Description :
SHADOW is currently seeking a candidate to fill the Account Manager role in its Fashion and Retail Division with a focus on Corporate storytelling and executive thought leadership. The ideal candidate is a skilled and effective leader, with 6 years running PR and communications activities from a supervisory perspective.
They must have experience with developing compelling corporate narratives and executive profiles, an understanding of the business media landscape, awareness of SHADOW’s clients in the space (spanning industries beyond Fashion & Retail to Beauty, CPG, Spirits, Hospitality & more) and a strong sense of how those clients and their executives can best position themselves to their target audiences.
What You'll Do
- Client Correspondence : You are a key point of contact for the client, expected to provide authoritative guidance and serve as both the mouthpiece and the ear for your teams. You’ll be expected to lead your reports and clients through actionable steps to achieve success.
- Media Relations : You manage high level media relationships, identify strategic media, award and thought leadership opportunities, creatively identify new story narratives, create your own news when needed and provide counsel to clients in response to those opportunities.
- Manage & Multitask : You must effectively manage the daily workflow of three to six accounts simultaneously, while also driving consistent results. You’ll communicate account priorities and thoughtfully review your team’s work to develop the talent underneath you.
- Contribute : You will be expected to be a thoughtful and leading voice for the division and a contributor across the agency, sharing opportunities, insights, story ideas and more.

85K - $115K commensurate with experience
