LION prides itself on creative and innovative approaches to connect brand to consumer. LION focuses on media relations, VIP and Talent strategies, and Digital Creator initiatives (earned and paid). The ideal candidate is an expert on how all these pillars work together to amplify a brand’s voice and isn’t a sole specialist in one category.
LION VIP Relations’ roster includes Monique Lhuillier, MOTHER Denim, AMANU, Andie Swim, Alexandre Birman, Solawave, PHLUR, Naturium, Saltair, YSE Beauty, MAKE Beauty, Eataly LA, and more.
LION is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join its rapidly growing Los Angeles showroom. The ideal candidate comes from another agency or in-house fashion brand and has excellent relationships with digital creators and influencers.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Develop and manage relationships with key affiliates to drive traffic and conversions.
- Recruit new affiliates by identifying opportunities and reaching out to potential partners.
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with terms of agreements and company policies.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Work on seasonal strategies for affiliate placements for each brand.
- Maintain and further excellent relationships with affiliates on behalf of the agency and clients.
- Oversee the tracking of affiliate placements and performance data.
- Lead bi-weekly client calls related to affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Oversee affiliate clippings and reports for clients, done by Assistant.
