Role Description :
This is a contract Talent PR Assistant role based in Los Angeles (mid-city), with the potential to become a full-time role as our company continues to grow. As a Talent PR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our PR team in daily tasks related to client accounts. This includes media monitoring, research, drafting press releases, coordinating interviews and appearances, and outreaching to submit clients for events & red carpet appearances.
This is a hybrid role (primarily remote) providing the opportunity to collaborate with our team in-person at our Los Angeles office while also working remotely. This role will be roughly 28 hours per week, again with the potential to go full time as our company grows.
Requirements : Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience accompanying talent to red carpets
- Experience securing event invitations / red carpet invitations for talent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of PR principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in muckrack PR software
- 1-3 years PR experience preferred.
