The Position:
Full Time/Part-Time
We are seeking exceptional, highly motivated, organized, hard-working candidates to join our outpatient team.
Responsibilities Include...
- Provide outstanding front desk support, including scheduling appointments, managing calls, and greeting clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records, managing correspondence, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with clinicians and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Uphold and embody the core values of our practice in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Two years of administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks.
