• Pay: $ 2600 per week
• OT Acute Care Hospital Therapy/Rehabilitation
• First Time Travelers Accepted, Outpatient Experience Preferred
• Position Open: 1
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 5x8 Variables
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• Weekend REQ: No
• Is on-call REQ? No call
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? No
• Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes

• Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
• Pending License accepted: Yes ( with Temp AK licensne)
• Largely outpatient pediatric population. Department serves hospital (IP and swing bed), LTC and outpatient.
• Skills REQ: Acute Care, Rehab, LTC, Outpatient (Adult/Peds), acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities, Standardized Assessments, developmental testing/treatment, mental retardation
• Type of Facility: Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Outpatient
• Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: n/a - This is a Critical Access Hospital that offers inpatient and outpatient services along with a LTC facility
• Total Staffed Beds: 11 beds-Acute Care, 10 bed-LTC
• Scrub Color: Any color (other than teal), Or Business Casual
• Charting: Epic
• Parking Cost: Parking is free
• Facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to traveler during assignment.
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted AK License
• BLS, NBCOT certification - required
• Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience
• REQUIRED: acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities, Standardized Assessments, developmental testing/treatment, mental retardation
• Ability to transition from inpatient, to OP and LTC
• Prior pediatric and IP experience preferred
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
