Job Details

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
• Duration of assignment: 3 months (3 month minimum; will extend if needed)
• Positions Open: 1
• Shift: 9-5 M-F
• Facility Setting? Hospital Based Outpatient
• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Possibly is volume is low; ARU or MS
• MR for your facility: WebPT
• Scrub colors / dress code: grey color scrubs or business casual dress
• Parking Location: farthest parking spaces in parking lot
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted AR License
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Preferred experience level? 2 years orthopedic PT preferred
• Must have at least 1 year experience
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
