Job Details

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
• Positions Open: 1
• Shift: Flexible M-F 8-4
• Facility Setting? LTACH and SNF
• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as well
• Number of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACH
• EMR for your facility: NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)
• Scrub colors / dress code: scrubs any color
• Parking Location: On site free
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted MA License
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Must have at least 2 years experience
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
