Job Details

• Pay: $2480 per week
• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
• Positions Open: 1
• Shift: Day
• 40 hours weekly guarantee
• Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy for modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician
• Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance and repairs of same
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted IA License
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
