Requirements

• Active Unrestricted IN License
• BLS certification - required
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Acute Rehab or Acute Care
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Acute Rehab or Acute Care
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
