Job Details

• Pay: $ 2480 per week
• Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Position Open: 1
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Flexible, 8-5 preferred Mon-Fri
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Facility Setting? Med Surg, OP
• Will position be required to float to other units? Yes Med surge and Outpatient services- (including Pool)
• Number of beds in your facility? Med Surg is around 30
• EMR for your facility: Epic
• Scrub colors / dress code: Any color
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted KS License
• BLS certification - required
• Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
