Job Details

• Pay: $ 2480 per week
• Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Position Open: 1
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-4:30; There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment.
• Weekend Hours: Rotational
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds
• Will position be required to float to other units? If necessary
• Number of Beds: 20
• EMR for your facility: EPIC
• Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Green
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted IN License
• BLS certification - required
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 1 year of experience
• New grads are welcome
• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
