  • No Call
  • Case types : Pediatrics, Adult ortho, GYN / ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics
  • Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Model
  • EMR : Epic
  • Credentialing timeframe : 60 Days

    • Requirements :

  • Active unrestricted MN License
  • Active ACLS & PALS certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Board Certified
  • Vaccination Requirements : Flu
  • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
  • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
