tEMR : Meditech
tCredentialing timeframe : Take : 30 days / as fast as provider can submit required documents
Requirements :
tActive unrestricted MI License.
tActive BLS certifications
tMinimum 3 years of experience
tBoard Certified
tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
