- Coverage: Late September/Early October – 6 Months – Full Time Commitment
- Setting: Clinic – Infusion Center onsite
- Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Daily Responsibilities: Clinic-based, working closely with 2 MDs and 1 PA-C, and supported by a robust staff team. Infusion Center onsite. No specific procedures required, but possible bone marrow biopsies in the future as provider becomes settled.
- No Call
- Patients per shift: 8-14 Patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
- Active unrestricted WA License
- Active BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified Oncology Nurse Practitioner – Hematology preferred
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
Salary : $124 - $125
