40 hours weekly guarantee

Weekend Hours : Variable On Call

Call Requirements : 7-shifts per 2 week PP

Float Requirements : No

Number of Beds : 2

Patient Ratios : 3-person team

Patient Population : geriatric,adult

Equipment : Philips / McKesson-Change Healthcare Hemo / Maquet

EHR : Paragon (hosp); McKesson-Change Healthcare (hemo)

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CV / PV diagnostic / interventional

Scrub Color : Green - provided

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted WA License

RT or CVIS cert or RCIS eligible for CVIS license

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Must have at least 2 years experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
