Job Details :
Pay : $1400 per week
Duration of assignment : 13 weeks
Positions Open : 1
Shift : Day
40 hours weekly guarantee
Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation / assessment, establishing and implementing a plan of care, assessing effectiveness of and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement, and educating patients / caregivers.
Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care, according to current standards that are based on professional association and regulatory guidelines
Requirements :
Active Unrestricted CO OT / PT License
Bachelors Degree or higher from accredited Occupational Therapy program or Degree from accredited Physical Therapy program is required
Current unrestricted certification from Hand Therapy Certification Commission and recertification every 5 years
Active BCLS certification through American Heart Association
Must have at least 2 years of experience; preferred in outpatient setting, one year inpatient or SNF preferred. New graduates accepted
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
