Requirements :
Active Unrestricted WA License
Active BLS, ACLS, ARRT OR RCIS FOR TECH, MUST HAVE WA DOH CVIS OR RT
Years of Experience : At least 1 year experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
