TheraEx Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in California. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- AHA/ARC-CPR/BLS certification
- Covid-19 vaccination requirement
