Requirements :
Active Unrestricted OR License
Active BLS via American Heart Association
Certs REQ : BCLS
Years of Experience REQ : 1 year of of Skilled Home Health Experience
Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
