Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Chico, California. This is a 13-week travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, working with adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities :
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Work closely with the physical therapist to develop and implement treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements :
Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited institution.
Active licensure as a PTA in the state of California.
AHA / ARC CPR / BLS certification.
Covid-19 vaccination card.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
