- Duration: 13 weeks Contract
- Shift: Days (Monday - Friday)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility with 148 beds
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, with a productivity level of 90%.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- AHA/ARC - CPR/BLS Card
