Job Details :
Pay : $ 2720 per week
PER DIEM- Physical Therapist - PT
Position Open : 1
Duration : 8 weeks
Shift : Day
Provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions
Number of Beds : 36
Patient Ratios : 6 pts to 1 therapist
Equipment : Standard Rehab Equipment, Ekso NR, REAL VR
EHR : UDS ProDoc
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adult, Geriatric, Neuro-CVA
Scrub Color : Black
Parking : Anywhere that isnt marked physician or handicap
Requirements :
Active Unrestricted OK License
Active BLS via American Heart Association
Certs REQ : BCLS
Years of Experience REQ : 1year
Must Have Skills / Experience : Adults
Preferred Skillset / Experience : Ortho, Neuro preferred but not required
Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CVA, Amputee, Ortho
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
