Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel physical therapist to join our team. As a travel physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota licensure as a physical therapist.
- AHA/ARC certification in CPR/BLS.
- Covid-19 vaccination card.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Availability to start on March 31, 2025, for a 13-week contract.
