Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours weekly

Ratios : 1 : 1 (

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted  CA License

Active BLS via American Heart Association

Certs REQ : BCLS

Years of Experience REQ : 1 year of skilled home health experience is required

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
