Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Work collaboratively with the physical therapy team to achieve productivity levels of 90% or higher.
Requirements:
- North Carolina licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
- AHA/ARC certified CPR/BLS provider.
- Covid-19 vaccinated.
- Active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing.
