Job Title: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Brandon, South Dakota
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult and geriatric patients and be available for a 13-week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of the physical therapy team
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active South Dakota PT License
- BLS Card
- Covid Vaccine Card
