A 5 Star ABA Provider in CHANDLER, AZ is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our team!!
In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be to support clients in achieving their goals through applied behavior analysis techniques while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Schedule : M, T, W 330pm-7pm and F 330pm-530pm
Responsibilities
- Implement 1 : 1 direct ABA therapy program designed by BCBA designed to improve clients’ communication, social interaction, daily living, and learning skills.
- Collaborate with BCBA, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans
- Utilize electronic data collection and document session notes in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Central Reach of client progress.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for clients.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior to measure the effectiveness of therapy programs.
