We are searching for a qualified DHH teacher to join one of our trusted school districts in Lakewood, WA for the 2025-26 school year.
At TheraPeds we believe in hiring and skilled contract SPED teachers and therapists as well as working closely with school districts in a collaborative approach. As SPED providers ourselves, we know the ins and outs of working in the school systems as well as the importance in finding the right fit, feeling supported, manageable student and caseload sizes as well as access to resources.

Job Requirements
- Must have a Masters Degree in special education deaf/hard-of-hearing or its equivalent and be licensed (or eligible) by the State of Washington
- Must have 2 years as a DHH teacher
- Background and criminal history check
- Case management duties

Pay & Benefits
- This position is 1099 with a benefits stipend
- Hourly rate varies on experience, education and location
