Role Of a Support Coordinator
- Supervise a team of SCS and SC staff
- Monitoring ISPs, MMTs, deliverables
- Billing
- Market services in Counties with schools, service providers and families
- Develops and monitors client Service Plans (NJISP)
- Engages in monthly, quarterly and annual contact with clients as required
- Provides documentation related to billing
- Maintains contact with external agencies providing direct services
- Maintains electronic records via the irecord and internal agency databases

- Bachelor's Degree required with minimum of 2 years documented experience as a Support Coordination Supervisor (SCS) with a DDD approved SCA
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen
- Clear tuberculosis screening
- A valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration and Positive Behavioral Support Training
- All employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis
- Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting
