We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Logistics Coordinator to add to our Administrative team at Therapeutic Bodywork. Therapeutic Bodywork is a fully integrative Wellness Center serving a vast and ever-growing wellness community through a variety of services. Our mission is to help bring the body back to a state of balance through which one will rediscover radiant health. This mission informs our overall practice at TB and our passion for this mission is a common denominator throughout our entire team of Administrative staff and practitioners.
The Scheduling Logistics Coordinator is at the forefront of our guest experiences at TB. We are seeking an individual who can oversee a schedule of 20 providers and 5 different modalities with ease. Through a variety of communication portals, you will be meeting client scheduling needs, while maximizing the schedule to the fullest extent. If you love the challenges that come with managing complex schedules, multitask with ease and excel at effective written and verbal communication, this position is for you.
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
General Responsibilities:
- Open/close the office, maintain overall cleanliness of office and reception area on a daily basis
- Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Maximizes revenue through strategic appointment scheduling to ensure all holes are filled to the best extent possible
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of menu of services, wellness shop products, and practitioners and able to answer questions and sell particular services, products, and practitioners accordingly
Required Skills Include:
- Strong expertise in the management of complex scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong fluency in GSuite
- Expert level proficiency in Mindbody - or ability to learn
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask
- Possesses a strong sales ability
- Team Player who is solution oriented and a natural problem solver
- An interest in health and wellness
- Promotes and maintains our culture of collaboration, teamwork, and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
