Position Needed:
Seasonal/ Temp to hire
**This position is seasonal December through January or temp to hire. Once hired as a permanent employee, you will be able to access all employee benefits**
Responsibilities
- Provide Assistance to clients in day-to-day activities
- Ensure clients receive their proper medication and dosage
- Going out into the community, shopping trips, dining out and may include transporting to doctor appointments
- Providing personal care and hygiene
- Communicate with leadership and medical professionals about clients health or issues
- Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
- Completing electronic documentation accurately and in timely manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
- Experience working as a direct care aide or similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to client needs
- High attention to detail and care
- Certifications that may apply- CPR first aid, medication administration (paid training)
