If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking an Manager, Clinical Operations to add to our team!
Your Main Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Providing direct supervision and management of CRAs (TI employees and contractors) as designated by management.
- Drafting and administering performance evaluations of direct reports.
- Participating in employee and contractor hiring as needed.
- Reviewing and approving monitoring reports of direct reports or as requested by management.
- Assisting the Associate Director, Clinical Operations with the development, execution, and documentation of monthly CRA Meetings.
- Leading scheduled interval one-on-one check-in meetings with direct reports.
- Performing and / or assisting CRAs with clinical study site visits to ensure subject safety and protocol compliance, and to provide site corrective actions as needed.
- Serving as a resource for Project Managers in the development of the following study specific documents and monitoring tools: informed consent forms, advertisements, case report forms, source documents, monitoring tools, visit templates and Monitoring Plans.
- Willing to travel 20-40%, as company needs demand.
To Succeed in this Position:
- You will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum combination of at least 3-4 years of clinical research field monitoring experience, preferably at a mid/senior level with a minimum of three (3) years’ of people management experience.
- You should possess a thorough understanding of GCPs, FDA and ICH guidelines.
- You should have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail is critical for this role.
The most likely starting base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year. Experience will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Consideration will be given to experience that exceeds the listed requirements.
