Job description:

Therapitas is looking for a Spanish-English bilingual candidate who is ready to support our therapists and take on front desk responsibilities in a fast pace pediatric therapy clinic. This position requires the candidate to have strong multi-task skills key to being successful in this role. Responsibilities include scheduling therapy sessions using our EMR system, answering phone calls, providing translation services for the therapists during or after therapy sessions, and maintaining clean office and therapy spaces. 

The ideal candidate loves to work as part of a team, enjoys helping others, and has a passion for working with children and serving the Spanish-speaking community. 

Job responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls.
• Manage the schedule on our EMR system by accommodating cancellations and creating new therapy sessions on the calendar.
• Support fellow front desk staff in tasks related to daily clinic routines.
• Support therapists by translating therapy sessions, cleaning therapy equipment/materials and rooms, and providing support in therapy as needed.

Job requirements:

We encourage candidates of any experience level to apply.

• Spanish and English fluency required.
• A real interest in serving bilingual families and/or occupational therapy, speech therapy, and/or physical therapy, preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.

Compensation: $15/hr
