What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote/Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist position at Therapitas?
Therapitas is a group of pediatric therapy clinics across Oklahoma City and Tulsa working hard to serve our Spanish-speaking community. Our mission is to ensure that Spanish-speaking children have the same access to appropriate therapy services as their English-speaking peers. This position does not require you to be bilingual.

Together we provide speech therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy, and occupational therapy for our patients so that they have the best chance for long-term success!
We are looking for a virtual/telehealth SLP who is interested in treating clients who might be in the clinic, at home, or in a school-based setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct ST evaluations on children ages 0 to 18 with a culturally linguistically diverse background
- Determine eligibility based on medical necessity
- Create developmentally appropriate treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment to address deficits that affect the quality of communication skills
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve an integrated approach to service delivery
Requirements:
- License to practice as a speech-language pathologist in Oklahoma
- Pediatric Experience
- Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms
Benefits/Compensation:
- This is a contract 1099 position with the option of transitioning to a part-time or full-time position with benefits.
- $55-60/hour
