Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner EHR Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving growth by developing strategic relationships and selling Therapy Brands' solutions to partner EHR companies. The primary focus for this role will be developing partnerships with EHRs to sell and use our clearinghouse solution. This position combines relationship management, solution-based selling, and strategic execution to build partnerships that deliver value across the healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Selling: Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities within the partner EHR and clearinghouse market segments, aligning solutions with partner goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with partner EHR and clearinghouse stakeholders, positioning Therapy Brands as a trusted advisor and collaborator.
- Solution Customization: Present Therapy Brands’ offerings in ways that address the unique needs of both EHR and clearinghouse partners, highlighting measurable value and ROI.
- Pipeline Development: Actively manage and grow a sales pipeline, tracking progress to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and successful partner outcomes.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, clearinghouse operations, partner ecosystems, and competitive offerings to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling clearinghouse solutions.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of clearinghouse solutions.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with experience selling into EHR companies.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in partner or channel sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with clearinghouse operations, EHR systems, and the healthcare technology landscape.
