Sales & Impact:
Drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.
Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience for potential clients.
Educate & inspire prospective clients on how our solutions enhance their practice, improve patient outcomes, and drive efficiency.
Showcase value through compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight measurable ROI.
Craft tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client needs.
Relationship & Market Engagement:
Build trust & partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop & nurture a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead nurturing.
Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and long-term success.
Industry Leadership & Team Collaboration:
Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and competitive offerings in the mental health and SaaS space.
Provide strategic insights to cross functional teams, helping shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize impact.
What You Bring to the Table
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or mobile applications.
A passion for mental health and technology, with the ability to connect with mission-driven clients.
Proven success in consultative selling, engaging multiple stakeholders, and navigating complex sales cycles.
Strong communication & presentation skills—you can articulate value in a way that resonates.
A team player attitude, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education & Travel
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Up to 25% travel for conferences and customer meetings.
