Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Manager of Market Insights who’s ready to take ownership of research, insights, and storytelling that drive strategy across the business. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone with a few years of experience — ideally in healthcare — who’s looking to step into a leadership lane and shape how we understand and connect with our market.You’ll be our go-to expert on market trends, customer perspectives, and competitor activity. You’ll not only gather data — you’ll translate it into stories and strategies that help shape our go-to-market plans, influence product roadmaps, and support our sales and marketing teams. If you’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about the “why” behind the data, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Own and Drive
Lead research efforts to uncover market and customer insights — from survey design to stakeholder briefings.
Partner with customers to capture success stories and build authentic, compelling case studies.
Conduct competitive analyses and keep a pulse on the landscape so our positioning stays sharp.
Build and maintain personas that inform marketing strategies and product decisions.
Produce thought leadership by creating market reports and trends analyses we can share with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
Manage our market insights tools and systems, optimizing how we collect and share knowledge across the org.
Be a strategic voice in cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) — translating insights into action.
What You Bring
2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or adjacent industries.
Hands-on experience conducting or managing primary research (e.g. surveys, interviews), desk research, and competitive intelligence.
Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with an ability to make data come alive for different audiences.
A track record of taking projects from idea to execution, managing timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
A passion for using data to improve outcomes — for customers, your team, and the broader business.
