This role reports to our vice president of demand generation and marketing operations.
What you'll do:
Working together with marketing leadership, product marketing and the sales team, understand the key business needs and value drivers of the large group market for behavioral health and substance abuse recovery solutions. Develop a deep understanding of the key personas and account types that make up this market.
Build and execute integrated, ABM-led campaigns to help prospects understand the value of our products, engage with our salesforce, and ultimately purchase a subscription.
Set clear campaigns goals, metrics, and performance management KPIs, defining key milestones for campaign launch and follow-up, including cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Drive toward target MQL, SQL, pipeline and bookings goals, develop and define the best marketing mix to reach and engage your key audiences, focused on channels including email, webinars, PPC, social, web content, direct mail and other tactics.
Leverage ABM strategies to build and execute an integrated campaign.
Coordinate campaign execution with various teams, including sales, marketing writers, designers, events, corporate marketing, and marketing operations teams.
Ensure consistent messages across all channels (i.e. email, website, events, social media, display).
Partner closely with the sales team for ongoing communications and closed-loop feedback on leads and programs for continuous improvement.
Closely manage quarterly campaign budgets.
What you'll need:
3-6 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, with a quantifiable success executing marketing campaigns
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze campaign data to inform decisions.
Problem solver who enjoys developing solutions in a clear, efficient, and levelheaded manner
Cross-functional collaboration competence; ability to adapt to work with a wide range of functions and stakeholders
Strong presentation skills; confident and capable in delivering and defending recommendations and other information to varied audiences including sales teams and executives
Ability to write/edit persuasively, clearly and succinctly
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
