Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Windows troubleshooting, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Entra to support and enhance our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role involves managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure security policies, and storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve Windows system and network issues efficiently.
Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments for performance and security.
Understanding of Remote Desktop USB device client redirection, device whitelist/blacklist policy configuration.
Oversee Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and implement conditional access policies for identity security.
Administer Windows Active Directory, including Group Policy Management and NTFS permissions.
Configure and maintain IPSec tunnels for secure communication between networks.
Manage Azure Storage Accounts and ensure data security and availability.
Working with Microsoft SQL server, establishing connections, performing basic queries.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure tasks and security configurations.
Configure and generate reports using SSRS for operational insights.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Windows Server and Client OS troubleshooting and System Administration.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Entra ID, and Azure Conditional Access Policies.
Proficiency in Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and NTFS permissions management.
Working knowledge of Azure Storage Accounts.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
Familiarity with IPSec tunnels and network security configurations.
Understanding of SSRS backend configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305).
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-prem to Azure migrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cloud-first enterprise environment.
