What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being an Amazing COTA)

• Assist OTs in carrying out therapy plans to help patients regain independence in daily activities
• Provide hands-on support with exercises and adaptive techniques
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques for improved recovery
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, nurses, and physicians—because teamwork makes everything better
• Maintain accurate documentation (yes, there’s paperwork, but we keep it manageable)
