Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) looking for a fulfilling opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated COTA to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team in Queens, NY. This is a 13-week contract with a competitive pay rate, guaranteed hours, and a supportive work environment!
Responsibilities:
✔ Assist Occupational Therapists (OTs) in implementing therapy treatment plans
✔ Work closely with patients to improve strength, mobility, and daily living skills
✔ Provide hands-on therapy and assist with therapeutic exercises
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
✔ Educate and support patients & families in rehabilitation goals
Requirements:
Active COTA License in New York
SNF Experience Preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for helping patients regain independence
