Hourly Range: $28.49 - $42.74 (higher based on experience)
Salary Range: $59,259.20 - $88,899.20

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized dietary plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper nutrition, meal planning, and dietary modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to dietary plans.
- Stay current with best practices in clinical nutrition and dietary therapies.
- Engage in occasional travel (up to 10%) within the center’s geographic region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Licensure: Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (Required).
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with frail or elderly populations (Required).
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to use additional software as needed to perform essential functions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, lift, sit, walk, and bend frequently.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds if applicable.
