Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support
• Develop personalized treatment plans that actually help clients move forward
• Work side-by-side with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
• Teach clients and families real coping strategies and therapy techniques
• Keep documentation organized without drowning in paperwork
• Stay ahead of the game with ongoing training and career growth

What You Need to Join Our TeamEducation & Licensure:

• Master’s degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP

Training & Experience:

• At least two years of experience in mental health treatment
• Strong knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and community-based care
• The ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and make great decisions
• A passion for helping others without sacrificing yourself in the process

• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Pay: $34 - $50 per hour
