Job Title: Customer Service Representative (aka "Problem-Solving Wizard")

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - Some days in the office, some days in your PJs at home)
Duration: 13 weeks (with a chance to turn permanent – it’s like a probationary period but way more fun)
Shift: Days (but don’t worry, we’ll still let you have your late-night snack cravings once a week)
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour (because you're worth it, and we know it)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for customers, making their day a little easier one call at a time. And the best part? You get to do it in a hybrid position. What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily Member Calls: You’ll field telephone calls from members, directing them to the proper services, educating them about their options, solving problems, and connecting them with the Medical Management Department for service authorizations.
  • Provider Assistance: You may also help providers with eligibility inquiries, benefits, and resolving claims issues. It’s like being the customer service superhero of the healthcare world.
  • Problem Solving: Every day, you’ll get to exercise your mental muscles by solving challenges, answering questions, and making sure members get exactly what they need.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • 1 year in a call center (because you already know how to handle the heat and talk to people without crying).

Education:

  • High School Diploma (because, let’s face it, everyone needs to know how to read and write).

Location:

  • Must reside in Indiana (for some office time and local love).
