Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees:
- License: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
- Certifications:
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) card or must obtain by the last day of the month after the 6-month grace period.
Experience:
- Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
- Experience in acute care hospitals within the past 2 years or intermediate/progressive care experience preferred.
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS: Required.
- BLS: Required.
