Your Role: More Than Just Labor & Delivery
- Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers before, during, and after labor
- Assist with deliveries, monitor fetal and maternal health, and handle newborn assessments
- Support postpartum recovery, ensuring new moms feel comfortable, informed, and confident
- Educate new parents on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum health
- Keep accurate documentation (we know, paperwork... but we keep it simple)
- Collaborate with OB-GYNs, midwives, pediatricians, and fellow nurses to provide the best care
What You Need to Join Our Team
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Montana license or eligibility
- One year of Med/Surg experience preferred (but if you’re eager to learn, we’ve got your back)
- Must maintain BLS certification and provide documentation of professional development requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Details
- Location: Havre, MT (Relocation required before start—don’t worry, we’ll help)
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Pay: $35 - $43 per hour
- Hours: 36 per week
- Work Setting: In-person
Scheduling Details
- Rotating Schedule: Three weeks of days, followed by three weeks of nights
- Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Call Shifts: Three on-call shifts per six-week schedule
