Sign-on Bonus Payment Schedule:
- $5,000 on your first check
- $2,500 after 6 months
- $2,500 after 1 year
Salary Expectations: $28.90/hour - $46.23/hour
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN specializing in Labor and Delivery/OB-GYN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment, where you’ll provide care for expectant mothers and newborns, ensuring safe and compassionate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care for mothers and newborns in labor and delivery
- Monitor and assess the health of both mother and baby during labor
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize fetal monitoring techniques and provide hands-on support throughout labor and delivery
- Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous OB/L&D experience – Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Required
- Fetal Monitoring experience – Preferred
- NRP Certification – Required
- AWHONN Certification – Preferred
- STABLE Certification – Required
- BSN (or better) – Preferred
- Current NH RN licensure – Required
